Required Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour
- All Purpose Flour
- Bread Flour
- Salt
- Rice Flour
Recommended Equipment
Before the first class:
- Large glass jar such as 1L mason jar
- Cloth napkin large enough to cover the opening of the jar
- Elastic band to keep the cloth in place
- Digital Kitchen Scale
By the 3rd class:
- Mixing bowl with a seal (12 cup size or larger) such as the Tupperware Wonderlier Bowl Set or Thatsa Medium Bowl
- Proofing basket (or you can use a colander lined with a tea towel)
- Bench Scraper
- Bread lame (or razor blade, or very sharp knife)
- or get this sourdough proofing set that includes two baskets, a bench scraper, and a bread lame
- Parchment paper or a silicone bread sling
- Dutch Oven
