  • Salt
  • Rice Flour

Recommended Equipment

Before the first class:

  • Large glass jar such as 1L mason jar
  • Cloth napkin large enough to cover the opening of the jar
  • Elastic band to keep the cloth in place
  • Digital Kitchen Scale
