Look, I’m not trying to start a fight. The facts are just the facts, and fact is, this banana bread is objectively better than your mom’s. Don’t argue, just make it —or I will fight you.

Tip: If you use up all your frozen bananas to make these and you want to make more (you’re going to want to make more), check your Flashfood app for fruit boxes and score a few bunches of bananas for cheap!

I’m not saying your mom’s isn’t good. This one is just better. It’s ok, we can still be friends.

hourMakes 2 large loaves, or 3 smaller loaves.
Ingredients
1 cup room temperature butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 mashed bananas
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions
- Mix the butter & sugar together until creamy.
- Add the eggs and bananas and stir until mixed.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to the wet ingredients. Stir until just mixed (don’t over mix).
- Divide batter into two Tupperware UltraPro loaf pans (or if using metal or glass, grease 2-3 loaf pans and divide the batter evenly among them).
- Bake at 350 Farenheight for 50 minutes to one hour. Remove from pans and place on a cooling rack at least 30 minutes before slicing.
