Sprouts are one of the easiest, nutritionally dense fresh foods you can grow any time of year. Sprouts are ready to eat in as little as 2-3 days. Place 2-3 tbsp of sprouting seeds (my favourites are mung beans), rinse and then soak, drain, and then rinse twice per day. The sprouting lids allow the sprouts to drain and have some required air-flow. Use wide mouth mason jars.
